- Is undo really free?
- Yes. Undo is not a booster: it's a button under every board that costs nothing. Use up to the shown number of undos and you can still earn 3 stars; use more and the level tops out at 2 stars.
- Are there timers?
- There are no time limits on regular levels. Every level has a move limit instead, shown in the counter; run out and you can add moves or retry. A par clock never fails a level, and a few Rush levels race a real countdown.
- What are the Master levels?
- A separate 120-level track for experts, on top of the 600 campaign levels.
- Is Glossy Blocks free?
- Yes. Every level, the daily puzzle and Endless mode are free to play. The game is supported by ads and optional in-app purchases; coins and boosters can all be earned by playing.
- When do ads appear?
- A full-screen ad can only appear after you win a level — never during one, never after a daily puzzle or a retry, not before your 9th completed level, and at most once every three wins. A banner shows on the home and map screens only. Reward videos are always optional.
- What does Remove Ads include?
- A one-time purchase that turns off the banner and full-screen ads for good. Reward videos stay available only if you choose to watch them, and the win bonus becomes a free x2. The Premium pass includes Remove Ads too.
- I got a new phone. How do I get my purchase back?
- Open Settings (gear icon on the home screen) → Restore purchases, or the Restore purchases link at the bottom of the Shop. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. Game progress is stored on the device and does not transfer.
- Do I need an account or an internet connection?
- No account, no sign-up. The game plays offline; ads and purchases need a connection when they happen.
